Before you start
Sign in to WHM as Root, or as an Apex reseller on a server with an active Apex license. Apex resellers see only the accounts in their own tree, read-only.
Steps
-
Open Apex Operations Center.
Open it from Zamfoo Reseller in WHM. Your first visit starts a short tour; reopen it any time with Tour.
-
Check the update time.
Read Monitoring current or Monitoring stale. Stale means the latest sample is more than three minutes old.
-
Review what needs attention.
Needs attention groups concerns by type. Choose View to see the affected accounts.
-
Check top resource users.
Switch between CPU, Memory and Disk to find the heaviest accounts.
-
Read the trend.
Choose a metric and a time range from 2 hours to 7 days.
-
Check monitoring coverage.
Choose Details on the Monitoring strip to see which sources are available, limited, unavailable or off.
What you should see
You know which accounts need attention and how complete the current measurements are.
If something goes wrong
Monitoring samples every minute. “Data incomplete” means a source is unavailable or partial; it does not mean a website is down. A missing measurement is not proof that an account is healthy. If monitoring stays stale, Root should check the zamfoo-operations-collector timer (see Configure monitoring thresholds and retention).
