Before you start

Use an account allowed to view the target. Keep login links private.

Steps

  1. Open Activity Log Viewer.

Use the log page in Zamfoo Reseller.

  2. Find the action.

Filter by the account, action or time where those controls are available.

  3. Read the outcome.

Check failed or partly completed actions before repeating them.

  4. Save needed evidence.

Keep the relevant log details before using an archive or rotation control.

  5. Open an account only when needed.

For a login link, check the exact username and whether it opens WHM or cPanel. Complete your work, then return to your administrator session.

What you should see

You can identify the account, action and outcome, and open only accounts you are allowed to manage.

If something goes wrong

Archiving a log does not undo an account change. Apex Operations Center records Root actions separately in Activity & Reviews → Action history.
