Before you start

Use Root access on both servers. Take verified hosting and Zamfoo backups first.

Steps

  1. Record the current setup.

Save the reseller tree, package Autogrant rules, limits, permissions and license details privately.

  2. Move the hosting accounts.

Use your supported WHM transfer or backup-restore process to move websites, mail and databases.

  3. Install Zamfoo on the destination.

Follow the installation guide. Ask the license provider to register the destination server.

  4. Restore compatible Zamfoo settings.

Use support’s procedure for that release. Keep old and new state files separate until compatibility is checked.

  5. Check account tracking.

Open Account Sync & Reconciliation, review missing or orphaned records and apply the intended fixes.

  6. Test the new server.

Check account owners, tiers, limits, websites and a test billing order before switching normal operations.

What you should see

Hosting works on the destination, and Zamfoo shows the intended owners, tiers and package rules.

If something goes wrong

The settings page’s migration fields do not provide a complete transfer wizard. Ask support to review any failed or pending account operation instead of deleting its records.
