Reconcile Zamfoo and WHM account tracking

Fix differences between WHM’s account list and Zamfoo’s tracking.

Before you start

Sign in to WHM as Root. Review each difference before fixing it.

Steps

  1. Open Account Sync & Reconciliation.

Find this page in Zamfoo Reseller.

  2. Load the current differences.

    Click Refresh Data.

  3. Review orphaned records.

Orphaned Zamfoo Accounts are tracked by Zamfoo but no longer exist in WHM. Check that each account really was removed.

  4. Remove stale tracking.

Use Fix for a checked record. Use Fix All Orphaned only after reviewing the whole list.

  5. Review missing records.

Unmanaged WHM Accounts exist in WHM but are missing from Zamfoo. Check the displayed owner and plan, then use Fix for the accounts to add.

  6. Refresh and check the tree.

Click Refresh Data again. Open the hierarchy and check owners and tiers.

What you should see

The differences you fixed disappear and the account tree matches the intended WHM ownership.

If something goes wrong

Removing an orphaned tracking record does not terminate a WHM account. Empty tables mean these two lists agree; still check tiers and limits after a migration.
