Before you start
Have a working native cPanel/WHM connection in your billing software and a test product ready.
Steps
-
Prepare the WHM package.
Create the package and set its tier in Configure package Autogrant.
-
Set account limits.
Configure the package’s child-account, disk and bandwidth limits in Zamfoo.
-
Choose who grants WHM privileges.
Open Configure Global Settings. Leave Use WHMCS to Autogrant off if Zamfoo should grant reseller access. Enable it only when your WHMCS setup is responsible for granting that access.
-
Match the package in billing.
Set the billing product to use the exact WHM package name. A name suffix alone is not enough.
-
Place a test order.
Create a disposable account through billing. Check its owner, reseller tier and WHM access.
-
Test lifecycle actions.
Check suspension and cancellation behavior on that test account before using the product for customers.
What you should see
The order creates an account with the right package, tier and reseller access.
If something goes wrong
The account-creation hook skips its own native reseller grant when WHMCS Autogrant is enabled. Turning that switch on without a billing process that grants access can leave an account without the expected WHM privileges.
