Before you start
Use an account with permission to manage the target. Suspending an account can interrupt its websites and logins.
Steps
-
Find the account.
Open Account Management. Search for the exact username or domain.
-
Select the account.
Select its row and choose Suspend.
-
Choose how much to suspend.
Review Entire account (Including child accounts). Select it only if all accounts below this reseller should be included.
-
Add a reason and confirm.
Enter the reason. Root can use Root lock when lower resellers must not undo the suspension. Read the confirmation and submit.
-
Restore access when appropriate.
Find the same account, choose Unsuspend and review the same child-account options. Confirm and check access.
What you should see
The chosen accounts show the new state in Zamfoo and WHM. Check a website or login to confirm access.
If something goes wrong
A Root lock can prevent a reseller from removing a suspension. If a change fails, ask Root to check the reason before retrying.
