Before you start

Make and verify a hosting backup first. Termination can delete websites, mail and databases.

Steps

  1. Review the account and its children.

Open Account Management and find the exact username. Check which child accounts belong to it.

  2. Choose Terminate.

Select the account and click Terminate.

  3. Check the child-account option.

Review Entire account. Include it only when every child account is also meant to be deleted.

  4. Read the confirmation.

Check the username and scope. Type the requested username to enable the final button.

  5. Confirm once.

Submit the deletion. If the page times out, check the account’s status in WHM before trying again.

  6. Check the result.

Confirm that only the intended accounts were removed. Save the activity-log entry.

What you should see

The deleted accounts no longer appear in native WHM. Unrelated accounts remain available.

If something goes wrong

Use Suspend and unsuspend accounts when you need a temporary pause. Reinstalling Zamfoo cannot recover deleted hosting data.
