Before you start

Steps

Open Scan.

Choose Scan in the header menu.
Choose the account.

Select one account, or All accounts to scan /home.
Choose the scanner and speed.

Select an installed scanner. Balanced is the default speed; Low server impact throttles CPU and disk.
Start the scan.

Choose Start scan. The scan keeps running if you leave the page.
Wait for completion.

Use Refresh status to update it. A completed scan shows the files checked and the detections found.
Review the results.

Choose View account detections to open Detections & cleanup for that scan.

What you should see

The scan completes and its detections are listed. A scan never changes files.

If something goes wrong

A result with no detections counts only if the scan completed and checked files. If a cleanup is running, wait for it to finish or pause it before scanning.
