Before you start
Run a scan first, or open existing detections.
Steps
-
Open Detections & cleanup.
Choose it in the header menu. Each row is one file, however many signatures or scanners reported it.
-
Filter the list.
Choose an account, search by file path or signature, and choose what to show: active threats, needs review, awaiting verification, all files, cleaned, quarantined or ignored.
-
Read each row.
Check the account, file, detection, scanner, detection time and action taken.
-
Open Details for evidence.
Details shows the evidence, the original and current content, verification history and the backup reference. Preview repair shows the proposed change.
-
Sort by action taken.
Select the Action taken heading to list completed cleanups first.
What you should see
You can see exactly which files are affected and what has already been done.
If something goes wrong
Your filters, sort and page are kept when you reload. The summary cards count unique files across all accounts, independent of filters.
