Before you start

Sign in to WHM with a Root or reseller account that can open Zamfoo.

Steps

  1. Open the dashboard.

Go to WHM → Plugins → Zamfoo Reseller.

  2. Check your signed-in account.

Read the username and tier shown at the top. Make sure you are using the intended account.

  3. Open the tree.

Choose Account Hierarchy & Tree View.

  4. Expand the owner.

Open the reseller’s branch to see its child accounts. Use search when available to find a username or domain.

  5. Check missing accounts.

If an account exists in WHM but is missing here, ask Root to review Account Sync & Reconciliation.

What you should see

The account appears beneath its expected owner, and the displayed totals match the accounts you can manage.

If something goes wrong

The dashboard can show cached usage. Refresh usage after account changes. Check the native WHM owner before moving an account.
