Before you start
You can view accounts that belong to you. Root can view the whole server.
Steps
-
Open the account tree.
In Zamfoo Reseller, open Account Hierarchy & Tree View.
-
Find the parent account.
A parent is the reseller that owns the accounts listed beneath it. Expand a parent to see its children.
-
Read the tier order.
From highest to lowest: Root → Apex → Super Alpha → Alpha → Master → WHM → cPanel.
-
Choose a valid owner.
A child must have a lower tier than its parent. Only Root can own an Apex account.
-
Check limits before creating more accounts.
A reseller may have room in its package but still reach a limit set by a reseller above it.
What you should see
You can identify an account’s tier, its owner and the lower-tier accounts it owns.
If something goes wrong
“Suspended” describes an account’s current state; it is not an extra reseller tier. Your license and permissions can limit the tiers you can create.
