Before you start
Check the new owner’s tier and account limits. Moving an account changes who can manage and view it.
Steps
-
Open Change Account Ownership.
Find this page in Zamfoo Reseller.
-
Find the accounts.
Expand the tree or enter at least two characters in search.
-
Select the accounts to move.
Tick each intended account. Review any child accounts affected by the move.
-
Choose the new owner.
Type the new username in Choose New Owner and select the matching suggestion.
-
Review and submit the transfer.
Review the selected accounts and destination before clicking Submit. This version sends the transfer immediately.
-
Check the result.
Refresh the tree and confirm the native WHM owner as well.
What you should see
The selected accounts appear under the new owner in both Zamfoo and WHM.
If something goes wrong
The new owner needs a higher tier than its children and enough remaining capacity. If the server rejects a move, correct the reported ownership or limit problem first.
