Before you start
Open Zamfoo with an account allowed to manage the affected accounts.
Steps

Open the dashboard.
Review the disk and bandwidth totals.

Refresh usage.
Use the resource-refresh control when displayed. Wait for its result before clicking again.

Check the new totals.
Compare usage with the account tree and WHM.

Read available messages.
Open the notification or message entry and read its details.

Clear handled messages.
Save any needed log evidence before marking or clearing the message.
What you should see
Updated usage appears and handled messages are no longer marked new.
If something goes wrong
Use the message controls and the activity log to review handled messages. Refreshing usage does not add missing accounts to Zamfoo.
