Before you start
Open Apex Operations Center as Root or Apex.
Steps
-
Open Accounts & Diagnostics.
Choose the tab at the top of Operations Center.
-
Find the account.
Filter by username or domain, or narrow the list by Health, Tier, Account state or Severity.
-
Open account details.
Select the account name. Summary shows current measurements and recent concerns.
-
Read how the account is measured.
Expand the explanation under the health badge to see the web server, PHP version and handler, and any limited sources.
-
Open History.
Choose History, then CPU or Memory and a time range from 2 hours to 7 days.
-
Override thresholds if needed (Root).
Root can set per-account thresholds or exclude the account from alerts on the Thresholds tab.
What you should see
You can compare recent usage with the account’s current health.
If something goes wrong
A new installation needs time to collect history, and blank periods mean measurements are missing. Without CloudLinux, CPU is sampled from account processes once a minute, so short-lived PHP processes are only partly visible; these limits are shown as “limited” notes and do not make the health badge incomplete.
