Before you start
Keep your own hosting backup. Decide whether to clean one account or every account.
Steps
-
Choose the scope.
In Detections & cleanup, choose one account or All accounts.
-
Choose Clean All.
Clean All includes every active detection in that scope across all pages. The search field does not narrow it.
-
Read the confirmation.
It shows the full number of files and up to 50 examples.
-
Confirm.
Progress appears above the table with processed, cleaned, quarantined and failed counts.
-
Review any failures.
Use Review failed files to plan a new cleanup without another full scan.
What you should see
The job processes every file that was in the reviewed scope.
If something goes wrong
Clean All uses a snapshot of the detections; files detected later need another cleanup. Quarantine selected is a separate action that isolates files without trying a repair.
