Before you start

Root decides whether to run each requested scan.

Steps

  1. Request a scan (cPanel user).

In cPanel, open Security → Malware Reports, choose a scanner and select Request scan.

  2. Find pending requests (Root).

In Zamfoo Malware Protect, choose Reports and select the account.

  3. Approve or reject.

Choose Approve scan to start it, or reject the request.

  4. Check the result.

The completed scan appears in the account’s history and report.

What you should see

The account owner sees the request outcome and the updated report.

If something goes wrong

Requests are subject to a daily limit and a cooldown per account. Only one scan or cleanup can run at a time; approved scans wait for the current one.
