Before you start
Root sees every account. Resellers see accounts in their own branch. cPanel users see only their own account.
Steps
-
Open Reports as Root.
In Zamfoo Malware Protect, choose Reports to see active, cleaned and quarantined files for every account.
-
Open one account’s history.
Select an account to see its cleanup and scan history and any pending scan requests.
-
Open reports as a reseller.
Resellers open Zamfoo Malware Protect in WHM and see reports for their own accounts. They cannot change anything.
-
Open reports as a cPanel user.
In cPanel, open Security → Malware Reports to see the account’s report, download it or request a scan.
What you should see
Each user sees reports only for the accounts they are allowed to see.
If something goes wrong
A report reflects recorded scans and actions; an account with no recorded detections is not declared clean.
