Before you start
Restoring an infected original can bring the malware back. Wait for any scan or cleanup to finish.
Steps
-
Find the copy.
In Quarantine & recovery, filter by account or path and check the saved date.
-
Select one version per file.
Check the copies to restore, choosing only one version for each file.
-
Choose Restore or Restore selected.
Read the confirmation and confirm.
-
Check the outcome.
Progress and any failures appear above the table. A conflict means the live file changed.
-
Rescan the account.
Scan the account and test the website. Restored copies stay under Restored copies.
What you should see
The original is back in place and its security status has been checked.
If something goes wrong
Restore never overwrites a newer file automatically; resolve conflicts first. Copies used by an unfinished cleanup cannot be restored until it is resolved. Restoring an infected original makes its detection active again.
